Positions Available

Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) - Description: Specialises in preparing and baking pizzas, understanding the intricacies of dough making, stretching, and baking to perfection. Manages the pizza section of the kitchen, ensuring toppings are fresh and adequately stocked.

Line Cooks - Description: Specialises in a particular area of production, prepares dishes in their section, and ensures food is cooked to standard.

Waitstaff / Servers - Description: Takes orders, serves food and beverages to guests, and ensures they have a pleasant dining experience.

Bartender - Description: Prepares and serves drinks to customers, maintains the bar's cleanliness, and may design specialty cocktails.
